Love County Jail Roster Search
The official Love County inmate search is the current-custody roster for the Love County Justice Center. The sheriff's page says it shows in-custody inmates, when they were booked, charges, and more details, with people sorted by booking date. The public source inspected for Love County also showed that the page uses a current inmate count and booking cards that open a full profile. The roster is free, public, and does not require a login for a basic name search.
The county roster is built for fresh jail custody. It should be used for people booked into the Love County Justice Center after arrest, people serving short local jail time, and people held while release or transfer is pending. Sentenced Oklahoma prisoners are searched through the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Federal prisoners are searched through BOP. Immigration custody after transfer is searched through ICE, even when a Love County booking record first showed immigration detainer language.
The official roster page screenshot shows the name filter, booking-card layout, current custody count, and VINE fallback. That layout matters because a search may fail while a booking is still being processed or after the person has been released or transferred.

Use the Love County Roster
Start with the person's full name if it is known. The Love County roster has one visible search input, so spelling matters more than filter choice. The card grid can also be browsed by booking date when the exact name is unclear. On inspection, profile cards linked to `inmate.php?bookingid=` pages, and the default pagination was set to show ten records at a time.
- Open the Love County Sheriff's Office inmate search page and review the current-custody count.
- Type the person's name in the "Search by Name..." field, or browse the booking cards sorted by booking date.
- Use the page controls if the person is not on the first screen of results.
- Open the person's card or photo to view the public inmate profile.
- Compare the profile's booking date, inmate ID, charge text, and photo area with any court or bond information already known.
- Use the VINE notification button if the profile suggests a release or transfer route is needed.
- If the person is still missing, call the jail line, search ODOC, BOP, or ICE, and use the Records Division for older or missing booking records.
Note: Web Deposit and Commissary buttons are account tools, not proof that a person is still in custody.
Love County Roster Fields
The Love County jail roster is narrow by design. It does not expose an advanced search form, release-status tab, booking-number field, charge filter, date range, export button, or facility dropdown. Love County did not have an official sheriff mobile app or app-only roster channel linked from the official sheriff site during the source sweep. Use the sheriff website, jail phone, VINE, ODOC, BOP, ICE, OSCN, and ODCR instead.
Love County Inmate Profiles
A Love County inmate profile gives more detail than the card grid. The public profile inspected showed a booking photo area, demographic labels, the inmate ID, booking date, charge list, deposit and commissary buttons, a VINE notification button, and more booking cards below the profile. The backend record also had fields that are useful for understanding what the page displays and what it leaves out.

The profile view is useful for custody confirmation, but it does not replace court records for filed charges, bond orders, or case outcomes.
Love County Booking Intake
After an arrest or surrender in Love County, the person is brought into the Love County Justice Center for intake. Jail staff create or update the inmate and booking record, enter charge text, add identity and demographic details, and assign a classification or pending-intake status. The public roster then lists current inmates once the booking is active in the roster system. A profile may show a booking photo if the photo file is populated.
Love County research did not locate a public intake manual with property, medical, or release-window rules. The public data does show the practical path: arrest, transport to the Justice Center, booking record creation, classification, publication on the current roster, then court or release processing. First appearance and bond issues belong with the court and clerk once a case exists.

A missing roster result does not always mean the person was never arrested. The record may not be active yet, the name may be spelled differently, the person may have posted bond, or custody may have shifted to another system. Request Love County Booking Records
The Love County Sheriff's Office Records Division maintains sheriff records, handles open records requests, and processes SDA applications. The request form includes checkboxes for offense or incident reports, arrest history, and other records. It asks for the requester name, phone, delivery method, subject identifiers, location of call, offense date, case number when known, and any extra detail that helps locate the record.
The form says fees may apply and processing may take up to a week. It also says information in an investigative case may be withheld until the case has closed. Listed records fees include handgun fingerprints at $25, two fingerprint cards at $30, and sheriff copies or reports at $1 for the first page and $0.50 for each added page. Fax, email-scan, and email-print services use the same first-page and added-page fee pattern shown by the Records Division.

Love County Jail Contact
The only local detention facility resolved in the Love County facility map is the Love County Justice Center. Sheriff Andy Cumberledge oversees the Sheriff's Office and Justice Center operations. The sheriff biography describes the Justice Center as a facility completed in January 2020 with capacity for up to 100 inmates. Current-custody questions should start with the roster, but the jail phone line is the key fallback when a record is unclear.

Love County Visitation Rules
Visitation at the Love County jail is video only through Prodigy Solutions. On-site kiosk visits take place in the Justice Center visitation room, and remote visits must also be scheduled in advance. The county policy says visitors need valid identification and a headshot photo. It also says visitation can be limited because of misconduct or detention-center security.

Confirm custody before scheduling, because VINE or the jail line may show a release or transfer before the visit date.
Love County Mail and Funds
Mail to an inmate must be addressed to the Love County Justice Center with the inmate name and the US-77 Marietta address. Full first and last names and full correct sender and recipient addresses are required. The jail bans many attachments and coatings, including scents, stickers, staples, laminated plastic, blank paper, blank envelopes, stamps, large photos, Polaroids, greeting cards, social-media printouts, newspaper clippings, comic strips, and unauthorized inmate-to-inmate mail.
Benchmark is the commissary vendor, and the sheriff site links JailATM for web deposits and commissary ordering. The Sheriff's Office lobby kiosk accepts cash or credit cards around the clock. Commissary orders must be received by Monday at 8 a.m. CST for delivery. For commissary questions, the jail option 2 line is listed for Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
